We got a call from a nursing home in South Dublin about a resident, Mary, 82, who was in a lot of pain on the left side of her mouth. She hadn't seen a dentist in over six years. Staff said she wasn't sleeping properly and had stopped eating solid food.

We took a portable X-ray beside her bed and carried out the extraction safely on site. It went smoothly, with no complications.
Within a few days staff told us she was eating again and much more settled. No ambulance transfer, no hospital waiting list — just treated where she was comfortable.
