Residential and nursing care
We bring a fully equipped portable dental unit into your home, so residents are seen where they already are — no transport, no escorts, no distress.
Many residents entering long-term care have not had a dental examination in years. Limited mobility, medical complexity, cognitive decline and transport difficulty mean oral health quietly slips down the list. What we routinely find:
None of that stays confined to the mouth. It shows up as weight loss, refused meals, disturbed sleep, agitation, and avoidable hospital admissions.
What we provide
A comprehensive assessment for each resident, with a written care plan. Free of charge.
Soft tissue screening as part of every assessment — residents rarely report symptoms unless asked.
Pain, swelling and infection managed on site, usually within days rather than weeks.
Fillings and repairs carried out in the resident's own room or a day room.
Routine and surgical extractions under local anaesthetic, safely, without a hospital transfer.
Relines, repairs and new dentures — the single most common cause of a resident who has stopped eating.
Cleaning, plus practical guidance for care staff on daily mouth care.
A recurring visit so oral health becomes routine rather than reactive.

Why families trust us
Every dentist who visits is fully qualified and on the register. Ask for the number and we'll give it to you.
Full professional indemnity for treatment carried out in your home or care setting.
Full sterilisation systems travel with us, and the same clinical governance standards apply on every visit.
A portable chair, light, digital X-ray, intraoral scanner and suction. A kitchen or sitting room is enough.
Everyone who comes into your home or a care home is vetted.

What it costs
The cost depends on where you are, how many people are being seen and what treatment is needed — so we quote it properly rather than guessing on a web page. There are no call-out surprises.
Some treatments are covered. Call-out fees are not. We check eligibility before the appointment.
Some treatments are covered. We check your eligibility in advance.
We accept Humm, so the cost can be spread rather than paid in one go.
For care home managers
We agree a date, you tell us how many residents and where we can set up, and we come with a full portable unit. We assess everyone booked in one visit and you get a single written report and care plan per resident.
Oral Health Care Assessments and the care plans are free of charge for residents. Treatment that follows is quoted before it is carried out.
Yes — you get a documented oral health assessment and a dated care plan for each resident, which is exactly the evidence inspections look for. It also cuts transport, escort hours and the distress of moving a resident off site.
Real visits
Written up from actual call-outs — what we were rung about, what we found, and what changed.
